Video Ray is a lightweight ROV, able to be carried by one man. It is airline freightable and can be deployed quickly anywhere in the world.
In the offshore cabling field it is primarily used for inspection and monitoring. It is fitted with two cameras and carries two 20 watt halogen lights with a high-intensity LED light array at the rear.
It is propelled by two GTO thrusters and can be mounted with relay equipment allowing close monitoring of operations on linked telemetry devices, plus audio visual recordings.
