Plough Zero is a heavy duty cable burial tool operating from either a DP vessel or barge. Burial depth is adjusted via the front skids elevation and shear penetration is measured by a depth of burial sensor. Video burial data can be relayed back to a supporting vessel. All telemetry can be downloaded to the vessel's navigation suite.
Capable of burial depths up to 1m at a maximum ploughing speed of 0.5 knots, Plough Zero can handle cable widths of up to 90mm diameter with 17 tonne maximum towing force and a cable bend radius of 1.5m.
